GLASS: Goblet

INGREDIENTS: 5cl Dada Chapel Vodka, 2.5cl Verjuice from Périgord, 1.5cl Milky Oolong Syrup, Potato & Koji Espuma, Nutmeg

INSTRUCTIONS: Add vodka, Verjuice and syrup into a stirring glass, Add ice cube to 3/4 ,Stir 15-20 seconds, Double strain the cocktail, Take a beautiful glass, Add ice cubes to the middle of the glass, Pour your cocktail, Take the syphon with the espuma, Add the espuma until to the top of the glass, Cut the extra to get a clean straight espuma, Final touch with grated nutmeg.
