GLASS: Martini glass
INGREDIENTS: 1 generous splash of dry vermouth (Noilly Prat), 6 cl Dada Organic Dry Gin, grapefruit bitter, 1 scoop of crushed ice, ice cubes, 3 olives for garnish.
INSTRUCTIONS: Pre-chill the martini glass with crushed ice. Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes and a splash of Noilly Prat. Stir well so that the ice is covered by the vermouth. Place the strainer on the mixing glass and pour off the vermouth (the less vermouth, the drier). Add the gin and grapefruit bitters and stir well. Remove the ice from the martini glass and strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled glass. Garnish with three olives on a cocktail stick.
