GLASS: Tumbler / Copper Mule
INGREDIENTS: 40ml Potato vodka, lemongrass, kaffir lime, 10ml lime juice, 150ml ginger beer.
INSTRUCTIONS: Pour all ingredients in glass (not the ginger beer) on ice. Stir 3 seconds. Add more ice. Top off with Ginger beer. Gently stir from bottom to rim. Optional garnish: Lemongrass
