GLASS: Long drink
INGREDIENTS: 4 cl Dada Organic Dry Gin, 3 cl lemon juice, 1tsp powder sugar, crushed ice, ice cubes, club soda, 1 tsp egg white, slice of lemon
INSTRUCTIONS: Pre-chill the glass with crushed ice. Add the gin, lemon juice, powder sugar & egg white to a shaker vigorously dry. Shake for about 20 seconds. Add 5 ice cubes and shake vigorously until well-chilled. Remove the ice cubes & strain into the pre-chilled glass. Top with club soda & garnish with a lemon twist.
