INGREDIENTS: 6cl Dada Gin, 2cl dry vermouth, zest of a lemon
INSTRUCTIONS: Chill the martini glass with ice. Place all ingredients in an ice-cube-filled mixing glass. Stir the cocktail slowly, for about ten seconds. Remove the ice from the martini glass and strain the Gibson into the pre-chilled glass using a strainer. Finish with the zest of a lemon.
