INGREDIENTS: Dada Organic Raspberry Gin, rhubarb, dune berry, quina valdespino, advocaat liqueur.
INSTRUCTIONS: Put all the ingredients in the shaker. Shake and serve.
The dune berry, a kind of granulated pepper from Canada, recalls the “forest” side of the cocktail. It gives a mint taste, pinetree flavor and blends with the vegetal side of the rhubarb. As we extracted the aroma from the Advocaat liqueur, there’s no thick texture in the cocktail, as we were looking for the comforting side of the raspberry combination.
The quina will add a little body and bitterness.
